Reduce File Size in Word

Once you have created a document that involves media files, you can reduce the file size which will make it quicker and easier to save, upload to Google Drive and to print.

Step 1: Save the document.

Step 2: Click on File in the top left hand corner, then Reduce File Size.

Step 3: An options box will appear, click on the drop-down menu and select Print (220 ppi), then click OK.
