My School Portal On A Mobile Device

To access the My School Portal, go to Login using your email address and password.

Once you have logged in, you will have access to various features, such as information about your children, school information, and any school communications.

To get to the Calendar, click on Menu and select My Calendar

Within the My Calendar area, you are able to filter by year group or activity and subscribe to these. To filter the calendar, select Filter.

A pop up option will appear. You can filter by Schools and Year Groups, or by Category.

In this example, we will select Year 10. To do this, expand the Schools and Year Groups section and tick the box on the left of Year 10. Then click Done followed by Apply.

This will then filter your calendar to show only Year 10 events, or anything else you choose to filter.

To Subscribe and Export the Calendar, click on the drop down menu called Subscribe and Exports. Click on Subscribe to Calendar.

Another pop up box will appear. Click on the link or the iCalendar/Outlook depending on your calendar in use, to take you to your calendar to add the subscription.

Confirm your subscription by clicking Subscribe. Once confirmed you will get a notification to say that it has been added to your calendar.
