To access the My School Portal, go to Login using your email address and password.

Once you have logged in, you will have access to various features, such as information about your children, school information, and any school communications.

Within the My Calendar area, you are able to filter by year group or activity and subscribe to these. To filter the calendar, select Filter.

A pop up option will appear. You can filter by Schools and Year Groups, or by Category.

In this example, we will select Year 10. To do this, expand the Schools and Year Groups section and tick the box on the left of Year 10. Then click Apply.

This will then filter your calendar to show only Year 10 events, or anything else you choose to filter.

To Subscribe and Export the Calendar, click on the drop down menu called Subscribe and Exports. Click on Subscribe to Calendar.

Another pop up box will appear. Click on the link or the iCalendar/Outlook depending on your calendar in use, to take you to your calendar to add the subscription. Depending on your browser, you may be required to click on Launch Application.

Once in your calendar, follow the steps to add your subscription. Within iCal, click subscribe.

Rename the Calendar to what you want to be called and click OK.

The subscription will be added to your calendar.
